Turn Up is a song about going out with the girls and having a good time, even if partying is not something I do all the time.
The song is about not being underestimated just because I am not always outside. It is me saying, “Don’t write me off because I don’t come out to party often — because when I do, I will celebrate like it is my birthday.”
It is fun, confident, and playful. Turn Up captures that feeling of letting loose, dancing, enjoying the moment, and partying like it is your special day, even when it is not your birthday
